Juniper Berry by M.P. Kozlowsky
A contemporary fairy tale of terror and temptation in the tradition of Roald Dahl and Neil Gaiman.

Juniper’s parents, two of the world’s biggest movie stars, have not been right lately. When Juniper catches them sneaking into the cold, dark woods that surround their mansion, she follows them. What she discovers is an underworld both terrifying and enticing, lorded over by Skeksyl, a creature both sinister and seductive, who can sell you the world’s secrets in a simple red balloon. Skeksyl presents Juniper with a choice: take what he offers, or lose her family for good. It will be up to Juniper to confront her own fears in order to the save the ones who couldn’t.
